Just submit a completely filled-out and signed the contract of agency, valid ID, Tax Identification Number, and 1 recent 2x2 ID photo to become an in-house agent. Don’t forget to attend the project briefing. For those interested licensed brokers, just attend the project briefing as well and submit 2 recent 2x2 ID photos, Community Tax Certificate, Certification of Registration as a Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC), Licensed Real Estate Broker’s ID, and Police/NBI Clearance.
