ProFriends ’ Lancaster
Square was featured in the Philippine Daily
Inquirer in mid-July. There were so many newspaper features of Lancaster
Square. I guess Pro-Friends or Property Company of Friends Inc. is so excited
about this commercial project of theirs. This was first planned and implemented
before SunTech IT Park, a much bigger commercial project from PCFI.
The beginning of the article, Enjoy
Life at Lancaster Square, goes, “Families living in and around Lancaster
New City can now enjoy family time without having to travel far from their
homes. Lancaster Square, PRO-FRIENDS’ first commercial complex set to enhance
the living experience of families, has recently opened to serve homeowners and
non-homeowners as well.”
I guess that answers the question of whether non-ProFriends residents can
purchase or create business at Lancaster Square. But what are the
establishments available and will be available in the said commercial complex?
The article states, “Keep utility bills updated via Bayad Center. After mom and
dad make their rounds in Wellcome Supermarket for the groceries, they may want
to be pampered at Artista Salon. Even pets have their own place at Petformance.
Present as well in the complex is Gabriel Archangel Learning Center for
kids who are getting ready for formal schooling. Kids enrolled here may soon
transfer to St. Edward Integrated School, a LaSallian supervised school located
just a few blocks across Lancaster Square.
To take care of your health needs, Healthwealth Medical Clinic is found
within the complex, as well as The Generics Pharmacy for your medicine needs at
a very affordable cost.
And to capture that memorable moment with your loved ones, just drop by
Studio KYS for a lasting remembrance of that time spent together.”
Apart from those, restaurants are also said to be set up in Lancaster
Square either for a quick eat or a place to dine for hungry customers.
Apart from the great amenities, Lancaster Square is designed and
planned to be very relaxing thanks to the surrounding greenery. The surrounding
nature park that will soon be completed will be perfect for hosting picnics and
outdoor bonding with families, relatives, and friends. There will be parking
space available, too, for everyone’s convenience. Shuttle services are already
available and soon, buses to and from Manila will be available as well.
The proposed project is one great facility. The IT Park is also a great
one since it will also host a number of amenities aside from career
opportunities. What I really want to see in the future is a mall from ProFriends. They have already done so much projects; I’m
sure they can pull that one off. An amusement park would be fun, too. Families
would really flock such a place. I like amusement parks so I wish they would
have one. But it’s better if they come up with unique rides so that even people
from faraway places would visit. What else? Hmmm… a big concert dome, maybe? So
that Caviteños won’t have to travel far (Mall of Asia/Smart Araneta Coliseum)
just to watch famous artists.
