ProFriends Versus Camella

Here’s another nice battle between popular property developers Pro-Friends (Property Company of Friends Inc) and Camella Homes (Vista Land Company). Earlier, we did a versus battle between these two regarding their San Fernando City, Pampanga projects. Now, we will conduct a comparison between their Pavia, Iloilo developments. Get ready for another head-to-head battle!

Location

Parc Regency Residences and Greens

  

These two projects are just beside each other with Parc Regency Residences being the earlier development than Parc Regency Greens. The 49.5-hectare and 50-hectare projects are located along Gorriceta Avenue with transport terminals, major highways, malls, schools, establishments, and the Iloilo International Airport nearby. Plus, Iloilo City’s boundary is just a kilometer away.

Savannah Trails and Glens

 

These two 30-hectare projects are subprojects of the whole Savannal Pavia, Iloilo project. They are also located along Gorriceta Avenue-Pulo Maestra Vita making them accessible to establishments, schools, and so on. So both PCFI and Camella wins in the location round.

Amenities

Parc Regency Residences and Greens

Residences offer a baskeball court, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Greens offer the same but it has no basketball court, instead it has camping areas, jogging paths, and meditation area.

Savannah Trails and Glens

Trails offer parks & playground and a park gazebo. Glen offers a basketball court and playground. Although both offers security, I think Pro Friends takes the cake on this one. Swimming pool, clubhouse, camping area, meditation area, and jogging path are just fun to have, too.

House Units

Parc Regency Residences and Greens

Both projects offer the same house models except that Parc Regency Residences offers 4 more models. Both have the Madelyn and Stephanie models. Lotus, Daphne, Palms, and Olive are the other 4 more offered at the Residences. All homes are appealing in design especially Daphne, Palms, and Olive.

Savannah Trails and Glens

Camella has more house unit design offerings. Both may be under the Savannah project but they don’t have similar units. Savannah Trails offers the Carmela, Drina, Crossandra, and Althea house models. Savannah Glen offers the Chamomile, Thyme, Cranberry, Citronella, and Celandine house models. All homes are also appealing in design especially the Celandine, Carmela, Drina, and Crossandra house units. Both PCFI and Camella share the win on this one.

Price Range

Parc Regency Residences and Greens

ProFriends offers Php 1,265,000-2,300,000 price range for their Parc Regency homes (based on their current website’s price list).

Savannah Trails and Glens

Camella offers Php 1,401,330-4,367,844 price range for their Savannah Trails and Glen homes (based on their current website’s price list).

PCFI definitely wins here since it offers the lowest price for a 40 sqm house unit. Not to mention living in a community with more facilities/amenities.

Final Verdict

At first I thought it would be a tie but I guess Pro-Friends wins this battle with their price range and amenities being more sulit (optimal) for homebuyers. But this is just base on my own personal research. It’s still your choice in the end where you want to live or invest in a home/property.
