ProFriends: Having a Career at Pro-Friends

Interested in creating a career in real estate? If you’re up to it then join ProFriends or Property Company of Friends Inc. I am not sure about the depth of how real estate works since I am not within that kind of career or background. All I know is that like most sales companies, you get an incentive once you close in on a deal or a sell.

The Careers page of PCFI states, “Our aim in transforming lives does not only echo to our clients but also among our employees as we continuously expand and innovate within the industry of property development. At PRO-FRIENDS, we cater opportunities for career and personal development while fulfilling our ultimate purpose of improving society as we know it.

…At PRO-FRIENDS, we offer strategic learning programs for our employees to become PROUD professionals; specialists in their respective fields and achieve exponential results.”

There’s a seller’s guide for those interested in real estate or working for Pro Friends. This is best for those who are not into having a desk job. To be a Sales Agent or Licensed Broker, Pro-Friends will offer training programs to hone skills, and equip you with the required product knowledge and incomparable selling techniques and tips. Support programs and travel incentives are also offered once you reach the sales quota. You will get a chance to avail of a tripping vehicle plan as you grow your sales and your network.

At PCFI, climbing up the ladder of success is easy.  First, know everything that your job entails and work with PRO-FRIENDS staff; they’ll provide assistance and the needed collateral for your sales. Second, meet your sales quotas and be eligible to be promoted. Finally, get a recommendation from your Division Manager to confirm your sales position status.
Well anyway, I think PCFI is also looking for other employees aside from sales people. Visit the Careers page on profriends.com and you can deposit your resume. No more Jobstreet or head hunting agencies; directly applying is easier.

I am not sure, though, if it they are active in checking deposited resumes from their website. It’s just that many websites offer such contact forms but not all constantly check it or really check it at all. I guess you should send an email with your resume and cover letter just to be sure.

Their chat option may also help you regarding your questions with the careers being offered at PCFI. I know it’s there primarily for interested buyers but hey, it won’t hurt to ask. Chat agents are usually active during weekdays and office hours especially after lunch.
Other job openings as stated on the ProFriends website for entry level: Accounting Assistant; Engineer (Civil/Structural); HR Associate – Learning and OD; Management Analyst, and Recruitment Associate.

For seasoned professionals: Audit Associate; Engineer (Cavite-based); Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical); Junior Auditor; Planning Analyst, and Research Analyst.

Of course, engineers, architects, and such are on-site jobs or will be required to rove around on-site projects but I think administrative jobs will be assigned to ProFriends Center in Mandaluyong City.
