Pro-Friends’ Blog

I further dissected ProFriends’ (Property Company of Friends Inc) in-house or onsite blog and it contains updates on their achievements. They have so many posted on their official Facebook account so I wish they would update their blog often, too, so that it would seem timely and really managed. I know their website is being managed thanks to the chat option but still. Maybe they should hire a great blogger or writer like me for that? Haha chos!

Anyway, I am featuring their blog on this post since I think some of the content should be highlighted so that interested new buyers to PCFI would be in the loop on what’s happening and would have quick background knowledge of ProFriends.

Okay, so there’s one post, “PLDT Group Supports First IT Park in Cavite” published just last March. It goes, “The PLDT Group has signed an agreement with PRO-FRIENDS Holdings, Inc. that will commit to the installation, maintenance and operation of telecom facilities & equipment in the first IT BPO Park in Cavite, Suntech iPark.  Included in the agreement is PLDT Group’s commitment to install the Next Generation Network (NGN).  The NGN is expected to bring faster and reliable voice and broadband services in terms of coverage.  This will significantly improve and enhance the end-user's experience.”

This is good since PLDT really offers superb connection and services (I know because I am a subscriber and so are many others). The SunTech IT Park is one of ProFriends’ commercial projects that would help its residents really enjoy the life of living within their many residential communities. They have considered the long commute to and from work for their residents so this time, they bring the work/livelihood to their residents. Apart from the IT Park, the Lancaster Square is also a good means of livelihood for residents through building business or joining the flea market.

The article also states, “Suntech iPark is just 25 minutes away from Metro Manila’s international airport via the new Cavite Expressway and is situated inside Lancaster Estates, a complete development of PRO-FRIENDS.

Recently, PLDT installed fiber optic wirings in Lancaster Estates and the technology is expected to speed up the transmission of voice, data and video over the internet with a much higher bandwidth for the fixed line network.  Both the residential and commercial areas will benefit from this service.”

If SunTech iPark is so close to other facilities, then other people will also get the opportunity to work at the IT Park. I don’t think the park is exclusive to just PCFI residents. This is good since I think it would be great to work alongside with non-PCFI residential friends in case Sam and I decide to work there.

Finally, what I really love about the article is that it says residential areas will also benefit from the PLDT installation of connectivity and installation. This means that Pro Friends residents can apply or subscribe for a PLDT connection! I love it! I am happy with PLDT so I don’t think I would fare well with other telecoms or with broadband sticks.
