I am not sure if Pro-Friends allows alterations or remodeling of floor plans prior the commencing of building the home but I might ask the next time I talk to our PCFI contact. Check out news and updates through the newsletter or social media (Facebook, Twitter, G+, etc) channels as well. They usually make announcements there. They might respond to inquiries via those channels, too.

If you really want to secure your money through spending on something valuable, a home is the best way to go! Then, a car might come in second. I promote commuting or carpooling as it helps lessen traffic and gas emissions but a car would be handy in emergencies and such.
